"THE HARDEST PART OF CREATING ANYTHING, IS STARTING WITH NOTHING."

Illustra is the new overhead reference tool with unlimited potential. There has never been a tool like it to simplify the process of transferring a reference onto your physical media. Connect your display simply via bluetooth and you can begin. The lamp adjusts up to three feet from the mounting point, making for up to a 12x24 inch 1080p projection onto your workspace. Additionally, the lamp can rotate 360 degrees allowing for wall or even ceiling projection at a much larger size, and giving you the option to use it as a second monitor. The LED strip can be used independently from the projector, allowing you to create the optimal lighting for your workspace.

More technology, less clutter.

Flexibility has often been overlooked in the design of projectors, and in turn they’ve traditionally been large and cumbersome, meant to be mounted once and not moved. Because of that, projectors typically served a single purpose. Illustra changes all that with the ability to adjust the projector in every direction without ever unclamping it from the desk while also taking up much less space than most projectors.

Learning by doing.

Beginning with just a few tutorial videos on our website at launch, we hope to ignite an active community forum that will allow us to make the most out of this tool and spark creativity with others. Every creative discipline has their own approach and use for drawing, each of which can lead to new ways of using Illustra within the creative process. Illustra's online platform will give the creative community the ability to easily come together in one place to share tips, tricks, tutorials, and unique uses for Illustra.
